TAMPA, FL– Roche Surety and Casualty Company, Inc. has purchased a building in West Tampa to provide additional space for expanded service and new business. This building, located at 4107 N. Himes Avenue will serve as the company’s new headquarters which will occupy roughly half of the building’s 30,000 square feet. The site was chosen for the quality and size of the building along with its proximity to the airport and the Westshore Business District.
The remainder of the building will undergo a few improvements and will continue to be leased to existing tenants which include Select Physical Therapy , The Plasencia Group, and a City of Tampa employee wellness center. There is no anticipated impact to these tenants.
